We offer a 7-day free trial for all our premium plans. This allows you to explore all features of FLOW without any initial charge. You can cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being billed.

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial transaction. To request a refund, please contact support@flowapp.com or use the Paddle helper on your receipt.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds are typically processed for initial purchases and not for recurring billing cycles that were not cancelled in time, though we evaluate extreme cases individually.
